Follow our steps below:
Turn On and Off Mobile Data
Turn off your mobile data and turn it on again to fix your connection issue. Many times smartphones start having trouble with connection issues because of continuous usage of the phone while connecting to the internet. The quick solution for this is by turning off and then on the Mobile Data.
Swipe down your screen, turn off mobile data/ Wifi and turn it on again.
If it doesn't work try following the next steps.
Use Airplane Mode
If the problem doesn't fix, try to turn off the Airplane Mode and turn it on again. It will restart your network connection totally and have chances that your connection problem fixes.
If the problem doesn't fix by following this instruction. Follow the next step.
Reboot your phone
Sometimes restarting the phone can help getting your connection back.
Hold your Power button and press Reboot. After your phone restarts check if your problem solved.
Check Network Settings
Make sure your Network settings are completed accurately by following this, the problem should fix this time,
Go to Settings, Network & Internet, SIM cards and mobile network, then choose the SIM card you are using, Now make sure your Preferred network type is set to 4G/3G/2G (Auto) and the Enhanced 4G LTE Mode is turned on.
Reset APN
Most of the time the problem with the connection fixes by resetting the APN or Access Point Name.
To reset APN, go to Settings, Network & Internet, SIM cards and mobile network, then choose the SIM card you are using for Mobile Data, scroll down and choose Acess Point Names then click on the top right three-dot icon and click Reset to default. You are done. The connection issue should fix now.
If the problem doesn't fix by following all these steps. Follow the next step.
Disable and then Enable SIM card
If all the instructions don't work then try disabling the SIM card and Enabling it again.
Go to Settings, Network & Internet, SIM cards and mobile network, Now disable the SIM card you are using for Mobile Data by turning off the wheel from the right side of the SIM card and then turning it on again. Now the problem should fix now.
If all of these steps don't fix your problem then you might have a lack of network signal. Try checking if the problem is occurring with you anywhere else.
